Incident: 31 May 2026, rural Campo Largo, Paraná, Brazil. Initial reporting: 3 June; investigator’s published conclusion: 10 June 2026.
The Campo Largo footage attracted attention because its coloured lights seemed to remain in place before disappearing. Its useful history includes a later investigative conclusion, which changes how the original mystery should be described.

The first public account
In Vicklin Moraes’s SBT News report of 3 June, filmer Mayk Leão described the evening sight. The report carried a Brazilian Air Force/DECEA statement supplied on 2 June: the monitored airspace had operated normally, without the reported radar or airport indications of an unidentified occurrence.
Astronomer Hernan Mostajo, from Observatório Cosmos, discussed possible viewing and atmospheric effects. His early comments were an assessment of the available imagery, not a completed identification. The distinction matters when reading a headline published before the field inquiry finished.
What the investigator later reported
Writing in BNT Online on 10 June, Dirceu Klemba described ANUBIS fieldwork between 2 and 7 June. It included visits, interviews, terrain and viewpoint checks, and examination of local activities and digital records. He linked the lights to terrestrial sources in the Chácara Paraíso area, saying the relevant connection had emerged by 4 June while checks continued.
Klemba stated that the complete technical report was available on request. UKPX has read his published account, not that separate report. The precise light equipment, surveyed lines of sight and underlying interview records therefore cannot be supplied here as independently examined evidence.
Reading the two stages together
The early aviation statement and later field explanation address different questions. Normal monitored airspace is a report about what that system recorded; it does not identify each point in a phone video. The investigator’s later account proposes the local source, but its supporting technical detail is only partly public.
This entry preserves both stages. It records an initially unidentified light report with a subsequently published terrestrial explanation, attributed to the investigator who made it. Repeating the first viral account without the June follow-up would leave readers with an incomplete case history.
The original witness photographs and news footage are linked through their publishers. The licensed town photograph provides geographical context; the church is not claimed as the observation or light-source site.
